Do you do repairs or recommend contractors?

No. It's Your Home Inspection, LLC are certified home inspector experts and we are not in the contracting or construction field. Our job is to identify any possible problems and give advice.

Do you provide a warranty on your building inspections?

No. It's Your Home Inspection, LLC does not provide unlimited or limited warranties or guarantees. If your purchase is newer, we suggest you get any builder warranty information. We strongly recommend you speak with your real estate agent about other warranties and it is highly recommended to have full insurance coverage on the property that covers water damage, fire, theft, structural, etc.

Can you provide images?

Yes, photos are included in all home inspections at no additional cost.

Will we get a written report?

Yes. A comprehensive written inspection report will be available within 24 hours upon the completion of the inspection. PDF version of the report is also available by email upon request.

What if I can't be at the walk through?

Rest assured you'll get a detailed inspection report with detailed pictures. You can call us with any additional questions you may have. Your real estate agent may also be able to attend to allow you to tour via a video chat app.

In the event I have concerns prior to closing, can I contact the inspector?

Yes. Your inspector can be reached by phone between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week.
